Victoria Power Outages
Australia has no open live feed, so the quickest way to check Victoria is the official outage map from Powercor, AusNet and United Energy or another operator below.
Victoria has five distributors, more than any other state. Coal supplied 50.6 per cent of generation in 2025, with wind and solar at 41.9 per cent. The storm of 13 February 2024 left over 530,000 customers without power and brought down six 500 kV transmission towers near Anakie. About two-thirds of AusNet's distribution network is in designated bushfire-prone areas, and a storm on 29 October 2021 left an estimated 446,348 without power.
